However, such pairing combination is not so friendly to users. Since the components sent by the manufacturer are independent parts, the workload of wiring assembly becomes larger. However, the dominant position of the split lamp in the larger system cannot be shaken by the two body lamp and the integrated lamp. Large power or working time means large power consumption, which requires large capacity batteries and high-power solar panels to support. The battery capacity of the two body lamp is limited due to the limitation of the battery compartment of the lamp; The all-in-one lamp is greatly limited in the power of the solar panel.
Therefore, the split solar lamp is suitable for high-power or long working time systems.
To solve the problem of high cost and difficult installation of split lamp, we have optimized it and proposed a scheme of dual lamp. The so-called two body lamp is to integrate the battery, controller and light source into the lamp, which forms a whole. With separate solar panels, it forms a two body lamp. Of course, the plan of the two body lamp is formulated around the lithium battery, which can only be realized by relying on the advantages of small size and light weight of the lithium battery.
Advantages:
1) Convenient installation: since the light source and battery are pre connected with the controller before leaving the factory, the LED lamp only comes out with one wire, which is connected to the solar panel. This cable needs to be connected by the customer at the installation site. Three groups of six wires have become one group of two wires, reducing the error probability by 67%. The customer only needs to distinguish between the positive and negative poles. Our solar panel junction box is marked with red and black for positive and negative poles respectively to prevent customers from making mistakes. In addition, we also provide an error proof male and female plug scheme. The positive and negative reverse connections cannot be inserted, completely eliminating wiring errors.
2) High cost performance ratio: compared with the split type solution, the two body lamp has a lower material cost due to the lack of a battery shell when the configuration is the same. In addition, customers do not need to install batteries during installation, and the cost of installation labor will also be reduced.
3) There are many power options and a wide range of applications: with the popularity of the two body lamp, various manufacturers have launched their own molds, and the selectivity has become increasingly rich, with large and small sizes. Therefore, there are many options for the power of the light source and the size of the battery compartment. The actual drive power of the light source is 4W~80W, which can be found in the market, but the most concentrated system is 20~60W. In this way, solutions can be found in two body lamps for small courtyard, medium to rural roads, and large township trunk roads, providing great convenience for the implementation of the project.
The all-in-one lamp integrates the battery, controller, light source and solar panel on the lamp. It is more completely integrated than the two body lamp. This scheme indeed brings convenience to transportation and installation, but it also has certain limitations, especially in areas with relatively weak sunshine.
Advantages:
1) Easy installation and wiring free: All wires of the all-in-one lamp have been pre connected, so the customer does not need to wire again, which is a great convenience for the customer.
2) Convenient transportation and cost saving: all parts are put together in one carton, so the transportation volume becomes smaller and the cost is saved.

In general, the solar street lamp does not need to consume a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, and the installation is simple.
