Occupational Health and Safety Management Measures
1. A suitable combined ladder should be selected according to the installation height of the park lights. The top of the combined ladder should be firmly connected, and a pull rope with sufficient strength should be installed at a distance of 40cm to 60cm from the bottom of the combined ladder. It is not allowed to work on the top floor of the combined ladder. It is strictly forbidden to throw tools and tool belts up and down from the high ladder.
2. The casing, handle, load line, plug, switch, etc. of hand-held electric tools must be intact. Before use, a no-load test should be done to check, and it can be used only after it operates normally.
3. Before using the hand-held electric tool, carefully check the isolating switch, short circuit protection, overload protection and leakage protector of the electric tool switch box, and the hand-held electric tool can only be used after the switch box is checked and passed.
4. For construction in the open air or in a humid environment, priority is given to using class II hand-held electric tools with isolation transformers. If class II hand-held electric tools are used, a splash-proof leakage protector must be installed. Install the isolation transformer or leakage protector in a narrow place. Outside the place, and set up special care.
5. The load line of the hand-held electric tool shall be a weather-resistant rubber-sheathed copper-core flexible cable without joints.
Environmental Management Measures
1. The wire ends and insulating layers left over from the assembly and installation of park lights should not be thrown anywhere, but should be collected by category and placed in designated places.
2. The packaging tape of park lights, the wrapping paper of light bulbs and light tubes, etc. must not be thrown anywhere, and should be collected by category and placed in designated places.
3. The construction ash that falls during the installation of park lights should be cleaned up in time.
4. Burned out bulbs and tubes are not allowed to be thrown anywhere, and should be collected by category and handed over to the designated person in charge for unified disposal.
Installation Regulations
(1) The insulation resistance of the conductive part of each set of waterproof street lights to the ground is greater than 2MΩ.
(2) Lamps such as column-type street lamps, floor-mounted street lamps, and special gardening lamps are reliably fixed to the foundation, and the anchor bolts and caps are complete. The junction box or fuse of the Waterproof street light, the waterproof gasket of the box cover is complete.
(3) Metal columns and lamps can be close to the exposed conductor grounding (PE) or grounding (PEN) reliably, the grounding line is provided with a single main line, and the main line is arranged in a ring network along the courtyard lights, and no less than 2 places are connected to the lead-out line of the grounding device connect. The branch line drawn from the main line is connected to the grounding terminal of the metal lamp post and the lamp, and is marked.
