1. Dig the foundation pit of the street lamp. According to the specifications and design requirements of the double arm smart pole, determine the size and depth of the foundation pit. During the excavation process, if you encounter underground pipelines, you need to adjust the position in time and take protective measures to avoid damage to the pipelines.
2. Reinforced concrete is poured. First, lay a layer of crushed stone at the bottom of the pit to play the role of drainage and stabilizing the foundation. Then, put the pre-made steel cage into the pit. The specifications of the steel cage and the spacing of the steel bars must meet the design standards to ensure the bearing capacity of the foundation. to ensure that the concrete is dense and free of defects such as voids and honeycombs. After the pouring is completed, the surface of the foundation needs to be smoothed and polished, and embedded parts are set for the subsequent installation and fixation of the light pole.
3. Equipment installation. First, install the light pole. Use a crane to lift the light pole, slowly put it into the position of the foundation embedded parts, and adjust the verticality of the light pole so that its deviation does not exceed the specified range. Then, use nuts to fasten the light pole to the embedded parts to ensure that the light pole is firmly installed.
4. Install the lamps and smart devices. Install the lamps at the designated position of the light pole and adjust the angle of the lamps so that the lighting range meets the design requirements. Next, install various sensors, such as light sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, air quality sensors, etc., to ensure that the sensor installation position is accurate environment and can effectively sense the surrounding information.
