Description

Installation Process
a. Excavation of foundation pit:
Measure and locate the position of street lamp poles according to the design drawings.
Use an excavator to excavate the foundation pit of the street lamp to ensure that the bearing capacity of the foundation pit meets the requirements (such as greater than or equal to 180Kpa).
Clean the cross-sectional size of the foundation pit and make sure it is not less than the size of the structure outsourcing.
b. Casting foundation:
Tie the steel bars to fix the street lamp anchor bolts and flanges, and pre-bury the relevant pipes and grounding devices.
Cast the concrete foundation, control the casting quality, and ensure that the top of the base is smoothed and the flange horizontal bolts are vertical. Assign a special person to maintain the concrete foundation until it reaches the design strength.
c. Pole installation:
Use lifting equipment to hoist the smart city pole to the predetermined position.
Adjust the angle and direction of the pole to ensure that the longitudinal center line of the lamp is consistent with the longitudinal center line of the lamp arm, and the horizontal horizontal line of the lamp is parallel to the ground.
Tighten the anchor bolts and flange connection bolts to ensure that the pole is stable.
d. Lamp installation:
Fix the lamp on the bracket and debug and adjust it.
Ensure that the installation position and angle of the lamps meet the design requirements to ensure the lighting effect and coverage.
e. Electrical wiring:
Introduce the cable into the smart city pole bracket and connect and fix it.
Ensure that the wiring is correct, firm, and reliable, and has waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities.
f. Control system installation:
Install intelligent control devices such as controllers, sensors, and communication equipment.
Connect the communication lines and data lines between the control equipment and lamps, power supplies, and other equipment.
Debug the various functions of the control system, including remote control, automatic dimming, fault monitoring, etc.
Ensure that the communication between the control system and street lamps is smooth stable and reliable.
g. Acceptance:
Inspect and evaluate the appearance, light effect, control function, etc. of the smart city pole to ensure that the design requirements are met.
Check the 5G network coverage and data transmission quality to ensure that the communication needs of the smart city pole are met.
h. Operation test:
Carry out long-term operation tests to evaluate the stability and reliability of street lights.
Monitor the working status and performance of the control system to ensure that the smart city pole can work normally and meet actual needs.
